Withdrawable Cash

Wagers on selected games do not count in full towards the achievement of the Wagering Requirement:

• Slots = 100%
• Roulette = 50%
• All other table games = 10%

For example, a $2 wager on a Slot Game will result in a $2 wager towards the Wagering Requirements, while a $2 wager on a Roulette Game will result in a $1 wager towards the requirements

Patrons will have 7 days from when the Deposit Match Bonus is awarded to meet the meet the Wagering Requirements. Any winning funds will be removed after this period if the Wagering Requirements are not met

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

Wagers placed on any game will use a Patron’s funds in the following order:

• Restricted Cash
• Restricted Bonus
• Cash
• Site Credit

For example, if a Patron were to use their winnings from the Bonus Spins and wager $1 on a slot game that resulted in a $2 win, the next $2 wagered would be deducted from the Patron’s Restricted Cash balance. Therefore, the Patron would need to have all other Bonuses completed before the Wagering Requirements can start to be met

Withdrawal Restrictions

If the Wagering Requirement is not met in full, Patrons will not be able to withdraw any funds

Cancellation

Patrons who wish to opt-out after previously opting-in may do so by contacting our Customer Service team at Support@PlayLive.com and requesting to opt-out of the promotion

Patrons who “Opt-out” will forfeit their “Restricted Cash” (from winnings) and “Restricted Bonus”

Only un-wagered “Cash” will be released to their account

Patrons whose Bonus has expired, or who opt-out of the promotion, will forfeit any winnings from the use of this Bonus, along with any remaining Restricted Bonus. Only un-wagered deposited funds will be released into their account

Upon request for cancellation, PlayLive! Casino will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player’s account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player’s account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions
